Free Collection/Delivery
Like our product photography, at imageproz we like to keep everything simple. We understand that you want a fast and cost-effective product photography service that doesn't take up too much of your time. Our secure pick-up and return service can help. If your project qualifies, we will arrange secure pick up of your products from your chosen location, photograph them and arrange to get them back as soon as possible.
Do You Qualify?
We too are a business so unfortunately we can only offer this service to locally based customers ( within the North West ) who spend over £750 and have products that do not weigh more than 15kg. If you have 300 or more products requiring photography, we will extend our FREE collection service wherever you are located in mainland UK. Terms & conditions apply.
If You Don't Qualify
Customers who do not qualify for FREE collection and return will need to arrange their own return postage. However, if you'd like us to arrange everything then simply contact us for a quotation. You may of course wish to arrange your own delivery and collection of your products. As a result we can not be held responsible for damaged or loss of items sent.
Extra Secure Service for Valuable Items
If you have something that has a high value then maybe you'd feel better if you used our extra secure courier service? This service will ensure you get piece of mind. However, as an extra precaution we'd also advise you to check that all high value items sent to us have adequate insurance cover.
Item Storage
None returned items will be held for a maximum of 3 months. Any that time we will dispose of them.
